Cancellation Policy
To provide the best service to all our clients, please review our booking policies: • Booking: All appointments must be booked in advance to secure your preferred time. • Cancellations: Please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your service and your appointment may be treated as a no-show. • No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will not be able to book again for 10 days. • Memberships: cannot be refunded, extended, paused, or transferred.
