Service Description
A patch test is required before certain treatments to ensure your skin does not react to the products used. During this quick 15-minute appointment, a small amount of product is applied to your skin or lashes to check for sensitivity or allergic reactions. Why book a patch test? • Ensures your safety and comfort before a full treatment • Identifies any possible skin sensitivities • Quick, simple, and complimentary step for peace of mind • Recommended for first-time clients or those with sensitive skin Please note: A patch test must be booked at least 24–48 hours before your lash or brow service.
Cancellation Policy
To provide the best service to all our clients, please review our booking policies: • Booking: All appointments must be booked in advance to secure your preferred time. • Cancellations: Please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. • Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to complete your service and your appointment may be treated as a no-show. • No-Shows: Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will not be able to book again for 10 days. • Memberships: cannot be refunded, extended, paused, or transferred. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies allow us to serve all our clients on time and with the highest level of care.
